Our Story
Charlin Akin, Broker/Owner of C Akin 4 Realty LLC, began her real estate journey in 2019 after a fulfilling career in education. With a degree in English and a minor in history, she taught in the Wilson County area for 31 years. Charlin's strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills have helped her successfully guide clients through the buying and selling process.

Firmly established in Stockdale, Charlin and her husband Banks have three sons and eight grandchildren. She actively gives back to her community, serving as Chairperson of the Brahma Special Relays and a lector at St. Mary’s Catholic Church. At C Akin 4 Realty, Charlin and her team are dedicated to making real estate journeys smooth and enjoyable for all clients.
